Weather Protection. (1)The Construction Manager shall ascertain what temporary enclosures, if any, of building areas should be provided for and may be provided as a practical matter, in order to assure orderly progress of the work in periods when extreme weather conditions are likely to be experienced. He shall submit to the Construction Team his recommendations as to needed requirements of this nature and as to the contract or contracts in which they should be included.
Weather Protection. The CM shall ascertain what temporary enclosures of building areas, if any, should be provided for and may be provided in order to assure orderly progress of the work in periods when extreme weather conditions are likely to be experienced. The CM shall also be responsible for providing weather protection for work in progress and for materials stored on site.
Weather Protection. The Contractor shall, at all times, provide protection against weather, so as to maintain all Work, materials, apparatus and fixtures free from injury or damages.
Weather Protection. From October 15 through May 1, the Contractor shall furnish adequate protection from the elements/weather, such as windshield, side curtains, winter fan. During periods of extreme heat, summer fans and umbrellas shall be utilized. On all cranes and hoists, heaters will be provided (hot water, propane or electric).
Weather Protection. For portions of the building to remain, protect building interior and materials and equipment from the weather at all times. Where removal of existing roofing is necessary to accomplish work, have materials and workmen ready to provide adequate and temporary covering of exposed areas.
Weather Protection. The County will, where feasible, provide protection from cold or hot weather on County Equipment. Such protection shall be suitable for the type of equipment involved.
Weather Protection. As required by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44F, the CONTRACTOR shall provide weather protection to the site, materials and all of the OWNER'S property during the winter months pursuant to the standard specifications issued by the Department of Capital Planning and Operations of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (DCPO).
Weather Protection. The City will provide rainy weather foot protection and one summer hat for the classification of Community Services Officer.
