Family Dwelling Unit definition

Family Dwelling Unit means the same as “dwelling unit.”
Family Dwelling Unit means and refer to any improved property intended for use as a single- family dwelling, including any single-family detached dwelling, patio home, condominium unit, townhouse unit, cooperative apartment unit, or apartment unit.
Family Dwelling Unit means and refer to any improved property intended for use as a single-family detached dwelling, located within the Property.

  • For any district in which Single Family residential Uses are allowed, only one (1) Single Family Dwelling Unit shall be permitted per platted or legally unrecorded Lot unless otherwise permitted.

Family Dwelling Unit means and refer to any improved property or any property formerly classified a Residential Lot for which a building permit has been issued by the appropriate governmental authorities, which property is located within the Properties and intended for use as a Single Family Dwelling, including without limitation, any Single-Family Detached Dwelling, Single Family "D" Duplex Unit, or Patio Home (or Zero lot line). “Family Dwelling Unit” shall also mean and refer to any improved property located within the Properties for which a building permit has been issued and which is intended for use as a Condominium Unit, Townhouse Unit, Cooperative Apartment Unit, Congregate Care Unit, or Apartment Unit .
