Common use of Full-time Appointment Clause in Contracts

Full-time Appointment. “Full-time appointment” shall mean such status of full-time employment, if any, as shall have been conferred upon any member of the bargaining unit as a term of such person’s appointment to teach twelve (12) semester hours of credit of instruction per semester, or the equivalent through the fulfillment of alternative professional responsibilities assigned pursuant to Article XII, or workload reductions made in accordance with this Agreement.
