For up in-range appointments, the employer will post the in-hiring salary adjustment, and an outline of the education and experience of the person appointed in a location electronically accessible to all employees. Any employee in the same pay band, same specialty, who is being paid at a rate lower in the range and who believes they possess education and experience equivalent to the person appointed above the minimum, may, within thirty (30) calendar days of such publication, request that the employer review the employee's education, experience and salary. A copy of the up-in-range appointment will be provided to the union.
