Fingerprinting and Background Checks. HEARTLAND hereby agrees that it is aware of the provisions of Tennessee Code Annotated §49-5-413 requiring the background check of any employee or subcontractor that works on school grounds at any time when students are present, and prohibiting any person with a history of the criminal offenses cited in the statute from working on a school campus during such times. HEARTLAND hereby certifies that it has and will, at all times during the performance of the Services, comply with this provision. A default by HEARTLAND of the provisions of this Section shall automatically be grounds for termination of this Agreement pursuant to the default terms herein.

Fingerprinting and Background Checks. Contractor shall ensure those drivers and any other employees providing services to the District under this Contract who will have contact with District students comply with the fingerprinting and criminal background investigation requirements set forth in Education Code sections 45125.1 and 45125.2. Following execution of this Contract, Contractor shall provide verification of compliance with fingerprinting and criminal background requirements to the District upon the hiring or engagement of any new employee prior to permitting the individual any contact with District pupils.
Fingerprinting and Background Checks. Pinellas assures that each of its employees assigned hereunder has been fingerprinted by an authorized law enforcement agency and processed by the State Department of Law Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for criminal background checks. Any employee assigned hereunder must meet all screening requirements as described in Section 1012.32, Florida Statutes. The results of all such background investigation and fingerprinting, and any updated information disclosing subsequent criminal activity, shall be immediately reported in writing to the Superintendent of Schools.
