Farm. The Partnership may exercise all powers incidental or necessary to effectuate its purposes, and without limitation, may possess, lease, sell, transfer, mortgage, pledge and otherwise deal in, and exercise all rights and privileges and other incidents of ownership, possession or interest in the Xxxxxxx Farm, the Project and any and all other property and assets of the Partnership. The Partnership shall be a partnership only for the purposes specified in this Section 1.2, and this Agreement shall not be deemed to create or continue a partnership between or among the parties with respect to any other activities whatsoever.

Farm. 2 The figure 3 show the relation with AGB and climatic conditions for the farm 2. When the irrigation is applied all the simulations are completed and, in this case, the AGB is divided in two groups, the first with the values less than 200 kgDM / tree and the second with values greater than this threshold. In general, the pruning frequency have not effect on the growth. When the irrigation is OFF the water of soil and the AGB show opposite trends, if the ASW increase the AGB decrease. The AGB less than 200 kgDM / tree and irrigation ON is composed of the current climate (AGRI4CAST_OBS and EOBS) and of the time horizon 2000, the second group is composed of the time horizon 2020 and 2030. Farm. 3 The results of the simulations for the farm 3 are showed in the figure 4. If irrigation is OFF, only one simulation is completed (AGRI4CAST_OBS). This case is the only one with the precipitations greater than 600 mm year-1, in most of the cases the precipitations are less than 400 mm year-1 and, based on model results, the olive trees cannot survive. Furthermore, the olive trees cannot survive if the precipitation are greater than 520 mm year-1 (EOBS simulation). In general, the irrigations involve a productivity greater than 300 kgDM/tree for the time horizons 2020 and 2030. Farm. 5 The results of the simulations for the farm 5 are showed in the figure 5. In general, all the simulations are complete, the only two exceptions are the results A and K (AGRI4CAST_OBS: cells 71109 and 72109, respectively) and irrigation OFF. In these two cases, the precipitation are less than other climatic scenarios (if irrigation is ON and climate is AGRi4CAST_OBS or EOBS, the precipitations are less than 400 mm year-1, else the precipitations are greater than 1200 mm year-1). Furthermore, if the irrigation is OFF and the climate is AGRi4CAST_OBS or EOBS the soil water content is less than 220 mm / vol year-1, in the other cases are greater than 250 mm / vol. year-1. In the other cases, the AGB is greater than 180 kgDM/tree under all the climatic conditions and different management practices. These results suggest that if the precipitations are abundant (e.g. > to 1200 mm year-1), the effect of the irrigation on the growth is negligible.

Farm. A reasonable market rate for animal process through the Institute's farm together with any reasonable additional costs (including labour, feed, veterinary costs and other such costs actually incurred by the Institute as a result of implementing such procedures as may be agreed by the Institute and Project Board as reasonably necessary to properly conduct the Directed Research and Undirected Research.   • Cemetery The Local Church agrees and insures that, after the Disaffiliation Date, its cemetery and/or columbarium, will continue to be maintained in substantially the same manner as presently maintained. In addition, Local Church will honor any and all contracts, deeds, and agreements for burial and/or internment in its cemetery or columbarium, as well as insuring and continued access for families and loved ones of United Methodists buried there and for burials in unfilled xxxxxx and columbarium slots (including granting an access easement to the Conference and members of the United Methodist Church for visitations, historical research, and related purposes).

  • Motor Vehicles (i) Upon the Collateral Agent’s written request, each Grantor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent originals of the certificates of title or ownership for each motor vehicle with a value in excess of $10,000 owned by it, with the Collateral Agent listed as lienholder, for the benefit of the Noteholders.

  • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

  • Western will as requested by the Manager oversee the maintenance of all books and records with respect to the investment transactions of the Fund in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, and will furnish the Directors with such periodic and special reports as the Directors or the Manager reasonably may request.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.
