Failure to Return or Observe the Sabbatical Leave Plan. If it should be determined by the Board of Trustees that the intent of the sabbatical leave plan was not fulfilled or was only partially fulfilled, the Board may take action to penalize the unit member financially, including action against the indemnity bond. Failure to satisfactorily provide the required report is considered to be a failure to fulfill a condition of the leave. Certificated Contract
