Extension of Deadlines. If the deadline for signing, approving, or refunding under paragraphs 3, 5, or 6 falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a state or federal holiday, the deadline will be extended to the end of the next business day.

Extension of Deadlines. All deadlines specified in this Section 14 of this Agreement may be extended by mutual agreement between the Purchaser and the Seller.

Extension of Deadlines. 4.1 The City and the Purchaser acknowledge and agree that time is of the essence and that the parties intend for this transaction to close on or before the Closing Date. Upon written request by the Purchaser, the City may, at its absolute discretion, extend the deadline for any of the conditions precedent set out in section 2.1 or the Closing Date but the City shall not be obligated to grant any extension or extensions whatsoever. Any extension granted by the City shall only be binding if delivered in writing to the Purchaser.
