Extended Work Day -Casual Employee. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 42.03 A)1) shall be paid two (2) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named day. A casual employee who works on a paid holiday listed in Article 42.03 A) 2), shall be paid two and one-half (2.5) times her rate of pay for all hours of work within 0001 and 2400 hours on the named day.
