EXECUTION AND COMPLETION OF WORK. This contract is for the 2020-2021 season only. The quantities listed in this contract for each site are approximate and may vary depending on this season's maintenance requirements. The Contractor is required to notify the County Superintendent prior to startup. The work is to commence no later than October 1, 2020, with at least 1,000 tonnes of material being delivered to the Summerside dome and 500 tonnes to the Xxxx dome by October 31, 2020, unless otherwise specified by the County Superintendent. The Department pays a reduced amount for all salt purchased prior to October 31, 2020 from Pugwash. After this date, the cost of the salt increases in price. The Contractor will be responsible for all extra costs associated with the failure to provide 1,500 tonnes of salt prior to October 31, 2020. This amount, if any, will be deducted from their progress payments. For the period of November 1, 2020 through to the end of the contract period the Contractor must have the ability to supply each depot with a minimum of 150 tonnes per day when required. The Department will advise the successful Contractor of other delivery requirements as necessary to fully execute the contract. The Contractor will also be notified by the Department in letter form of the completion date of this contract in late March/early April of 2021.

The Department will advise the successful Contractor of other delivery requirements as necessary to fully execute the contract. The Contractor will also be notified by the Department in letter form of the completion date of this contract in late March/early April of 2022.

The Brackley dome is currently at full capacity and therefore it is expected that no salt will be required prior to November 1st, 2022 unless otherwise specified by the County Superintendent. The Department will advise the successful Contractor of other delivery requirements as necessary to fully execute the contract. The Contractor will also be notified by the Department in letter form of the completion date of this contract in late March/early April of 2023.

  • Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion of Work The Contractor will be required (a) to commence the Work under this Contract on the applicable Proceed Order Date, (b) to prosecute the Work with faithfulness and energy (c) to install the various parts of the work with equal steps shown on the Overall Project Schedule and at the same rate (or better) shown on the Overall Project Schedule and (d) to complete the Work within the Contract Time, as adjusted. Commencement of the Work shall mean actual physical work on the Site. Unless otherwise agreed, and subject to Change Orders, Material Completion of the Project must be achieved on or before the date established as the Material Completion and Occupancy Date under the Schedule.

  • Commencement and Completion of Work Upon the Effective Date of the Contract, bidder agrees to commence all Preconstruction Activities. Upon issuance of a Proceed Order, bidder agrees to commence physical activities on the Site with adequate forces and equipment and to complete to Material Completion all work in 90 consecutive calendar days beginning the day after the date of the Proceed Order.   • Completion of Work Contractor is accountable for completing the Work within the Contract Time stated in the Contract, or as otherwise amended by Change Order.

  • Coordination of Work Licensee shall be responsible for coordination of its Equipment installation work to avoid any interference with existing utilities, substructures, facilities and/or SFMTA transit operations. Licensee shall be the City's point of contact for all Equipment installation and except in case of emergency, all communications concerning Equipment installation shall be through Licensee's field representatives.

  • Quality of Work Consultant agrees that all Services performed under this Agreement will conform to the specifications of the College, be free from errors, and be of professional quality according to applicable industry standards. Upon notice by the College, Consultant will promptly correct any defects without charge to the College unless the request is considered new work by both parties.
