Examination Administration. The Commission shall utilize the services of a professional testing consultant or agency to assist it in the administration of the promotional examination and to insure that the promotional examination is valid under applicable testing standards. All assessors who participate in the oral assessment shall be from comparable police agencies in Ohio and shall be sworn police officers of the rank of Lieutenant or above who have served in that capacity a minimum of five (5) years.

Examination Administration. The Civil Service Board will administer a promotional examination for the ranks of Lieutenant, Captain, District Chief and Senior Paramedic. The multiple-choice closed book component of the examination will be developed and administered by the Civil Service staff. Written test components may be developed by an outside consulting firm in conjunction with the Civil Service staff. Appropriate point values will be applied for each rank. Final completion of the score will be a combination of the multiple choice written component and applicable accredited service credits.

Examination Administration. Department shall administer all components of the examination. In the event that there is an examination component requiring the use of role players, Department shall secure, convene, and make arrangements as necessary for the role players. Vendor shall work with Department in developing orientation and training for role players, including developing training materials / manuals. Vendor shall review and approve final copies of roleplayer orientation and training materials for relevant components of a selection process, and submit written documentation of this act along with an invoice for payment. Vendor shall provide for the confidential and secure reproduction of roleplayer training materials. Vendor shall make a good-faith effort to subcontract the reproduction to a Local San Francisco Business Enterprise in accordance with San Francisco Human Rights Commission guidelines. Vendor shall submit invoices for payment following the delivery of each reproduction job to Department. The invoice shall include vendor fees and reproduction costs, and will be processed for payment once Department has verified the quality of the reproduction job.

  • Construction Administration Redeveloper shall be responsible for all components of the Redeveloper Improvements constructed by Redeveloper including construction management, coordination of contractors and regulatory permitting and other requirements. Redeveloper and its contractor(s) shall reasonably cooperate with City contractors performing work in the vicinity of the Redevelopment Project Area including, but not limited to, Redeveloper's scheduling of its work to provide for a smooth sequence of operations. The Redeveloper will be solely responsible for payment of all construction costs for the Redeveloper Improvements as set forth in this Redevelopment Agreement.

  • Grant Administration The District recognizes that Charter Schools are utilizing revenue sources associated with federal and state agency grants. The District is required to be Fiscal Agent on such grants meaning the District is responsible for oversight, approval, review and distribution of funds. These administrative tasks result in the utilization of District resources. In recognition of this, the District is mandating the following.

  • Settlement Administration The Settlement Administrator will conduct a skip trace for the address of all former employee Class Members. The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.
