Administration; Reports. The Custodian shall, in general, attend to all non-discretionary details in connection with maintaining custody of the Receivable Files on behalf of the Trust Collateral Agent. In addition, the Custodian shall assist the Trust Collateral Agent generally in the preparation of any routine reports to Noteholders or to regulatory bodies, to the extent necessitated by the Custodian’s custody of the Receivable Files.
Administration; Reports. The Custodian shall assist the Indenture Trustee generally in the preparation of any routine reports to Noteholders or to regulatory bodies, if any, to the extent necessitated by the Custodian’s custody of the Receivable Files.

In addition, the Custodian shall assist the Servicer generally in the preparation of routine reports to the Secured Noteholders, if any, or to regulatory bodies, to the extent necessitated by the Custodian’s custody of the Lease Asset Files described herein.
Administration; Reports. In general, the Custodian shall attend to all nondiscretionary details in connection with maintaining custody of the Mortgage Files on behalf of the Trustee, and to provide the Trustee with notification of any change in status of any Mortgage File. In addition, the Custodian shall assist the other parties hereto, who are preparing routine reports to Certificateholders, at the request of any such party, or to regulatory bodies, to the extent necessitated by the Custodian's custody of the Mortgage Files.

The Custodian shall, at the expense of the Servicer and any subservicer, assist the Servicer and any subservicer (as may be reasonably requested in writing) generally in the preparation of reports to Certificateholders or to regulatory bodies to the extent necessitated by the Custodian's custody of the Files.

In addition, the Custodian shall assist the Trustee generally in the preparation of reports to Noteholders and to Certificateholders or to regulatory bodies to the extent necessitated by the Custodian's custody of the Trustee's Loan Files.
Administration; Reports. The Custodian shall, in general, attend to all ministerial matters in connection with maintaining custody of the Receivable Files on behalf of the Collateral Agent. In addition, the Custodian shall assist the Collateral Agent or the Servicer, as the case may be, in the preparation of any routine reports to Secured Parties or to regulatory bodies, to the extent necessitated by the Custodian’s custody of the Receivable Files.

In general, to attend to all non-discretionary details in connection with maintaining custody of the Mortgage Files on behalf of the Mortgage Holders as may be expressly provided herein or as may be required or customary for a custodian or bailee pursuant to FNMA guidelines. In addition, Custodian shall assist the Trustee and the Servicer (at Servicer's cost) generally in the preparation of reports to holders or to regulatory bodies to the extent necessitated by Custodian's custody of the Mortgage Files.
