ENTIRETY OF CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. The COUNTY and the CONTRACTOR agree that this Contract sets forth the entire agreement between the parties, and that there are no promises or understandings other than those stated herein. None of the provisions, terms and conditions contained in this Contract may be added to, deleted, modified, superseded or otherwise altered, except by written instrument executed by the parties hereto.
ENTIRETY OF CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. The CITY and CONTRACTOR agree that the Contract Documents set forth the entire contract between the parties, and that there are no promises or understandings other than those stated herein. None of the provisions, terms and conditions contained in the contract documents may be added to, modified, superseded of otherwise altered, except by written instrument executed by the parties herein.
ENTIRETY OF CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. The University and the Contractor agree that this Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between the parties, and that there are no promises or understandings other than those stated herein. None of the provisions, terms and conditions contained in this Agreement may be added to, modified, superseded or otherwise altered, except by written instrument executed by the parties hereto. Any amendments, alterations or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing, signed or initialed and approved by all signatories of this Agreement to be effective.
ENTIRETY OF CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. The AGENCY agrees that the Scope of Work has been developed from the AGENCY’S service proposal and that the COUNTY expects performance by the AGENCY in accordance with such application. In the event of a conflict between the proposal and this Contract, this Contract shall control. The COUNTY and the AGENCY agree that this Contract sets forth the entire agreement between the parties, and that there are no promises or understandings other than those stated herein. None of the provisions, terms and conditions contained in this Contract may be added to, modified, superseded or otherwise altered, except by written instrument executed by the parties hereto in accordance with Article 27 - Modifications of Work.

ENTIRETY OF CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. The COUNTY and the CONTRACTOR agree that this Contract, including the terms of this Contract, the Scope of Services and its attachments, the Business Associate Addendum, and/or any additional addenda or amendments to the Contract, any documents incorporated herein by reference, and/or attachments hereto, shall construe the entire understanding between the Parties as to the rights, obligations, duties, and services to be performed hereunder (the or this "Agreement" or this "Contract"), and that there are no promises or understandings other than those stated herein. None of the provisions, terms and conditions contained in this Contract may be added to, deleted, modified, superseded or otherwise altered, except by written instrument executed by the parties hereto.

The AGENCY and the CONTRACTOR agree that this Contract and any attachments hereto or other documents as referenced in the Contract sets forth the entire agreement between the parties, that there are no promises or understandings other than those stated herein, and this Contract supersedes all prior oral and written agreements between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof. None of the provisions, terms and conditions contained in this Contract may be added to, modified, superseded or otherwise altered, except by written instrument executed by the parties hereto in accordance with Article 27 - Modifications of Work.

The CRA and the CONSULTANT agree that this Contract and any attachments hereto or other documents as referenced in the Contract sets forth the entire agreement between the parties, that there are no promises or understandings other than those stated herein, and this Contract supersedes all prior oral and written agreements between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.
