Service Proposal definition

Service Proposal means the proposal which is set out in Schedule II hereof; (h) 本案團隊成員」係指乙方負責受託基金投資管理之團隊成員,名單及相關資料應載於投資計畫建議書;

Service Proposal means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ JCB’s written service proposal submitted to the Customer detailing the Services.
Service Proposal means –references to a separate written document which shall contain detail of the services to be provided by The Marketing Junction to The Client, the manner in which The Marketing Junction shall provide these services and the basis on which The Marketing Junction will be remunerated. The service proposal shall be attached as a schedule to this agreement and signed by both parties. However if the Service Proposal is received and work commences, it shall have been deemed as agreed. Unless otherwise stated, the Total Move Price is exclusive of Goods and Services Tax, other taxes, import duties, levies or tariffs, freight or insurance charges, which if applicable will be an extra charge payable by the Customer.
Service Proposal means (a) one or more service proposals, order forms, statements of work or similar transaction documents mutually agreed with the Client in respect of the Service and Spacewell's services associated therewith, and (b) any renewal, or written extension of a Service Proposal. It shall also refer to the Economic and Commercial Conditions set out in Annex II.
Service Proposal means the Service Proposal provided by the Supplier and agreed to by the Client. Party means a party to the Agreement including but not limited to the Supplier and the Client.
