ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONSULTANT. The Corporation hereby engages the Consultant for the Term to perform the following services:
ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONSULTANT. 3.1 The TDC hereby engages the Consultant and the Consultant xxxxxx agrees to perform the Consultancy Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONSULTANT. The Company hereby engages and retains the Consultant to render to the Company the financial services described in Section 2 hereof (the "Financial Services") for the period of two years commencing on the consummation of the Offering (the "Consulting Period").
ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONSULTANT. The Company hereby engages and retains the Consultant to render to the Company the strategic product sourcing services described in Section 2 hereof (the "Services") for a period of twelve months commencing on the date hereof (the "Consulting Period").
ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONSULTANT. The Authority hereby engages the services of the Consultant and the Consultant agrees to perform in a good and skillful manner and in accordance with the directions and subject to the approval of the Executive Director of the Authority, (hereinafter referred to as the "Executive Director"), all the necessary professional services for the PROJECT (hereinafter known as the "Project") as further set forth in ARTICLE III - SERVICES OF THE CONSULTANT of this Contract.
ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONSULTANT. The Client engages the Consultant to provide, and to make available to the Client all knowledge, information and expertise available to or in the possession of the Consultant or any person employed by it concerning the information, methods, techniques and other matters available to it or its employees which may assist the Consultant in promoting the Client’s interests, maintaining the efficiency of the Client’s operations and in further improving the efficiency of its operations.
ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONSULTANT. The Village hereby engages the Consultant identified below to provide all necessary professional consulting services and to perform the work in connection with the project described as follows: Professional management, government, revenue and tax, and computer consulting services as set forth in and attached hereto as EXHIBIT A (collectively, the “Services”).
ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONSULTANT. USF agrees to engage CONSULTANT and the CONSULTANT agrees to perform the services set forth below. The CONSULTANT understands and agrees that all services contracted for are to be performed solely by the CONSULTANT and may not be subcontracted for or assigned without the prior written consent of USF.
ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONSULTANT. The Client herewith engages the Consultant and the Consultant agrees to render to the Client public relations, communications, advisory and consulting services.
ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONSULTANT. The City hereby engages the Consultant to provide all necessary professional consulting services and to perform the work in connection with the project described as follows: Software Selection Consulting Services. (collectively, the “Services”).
