Common use of Employer Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Employer Indemnification. The Union shall indemnify and hold the Employer harmless against any and all suits, claims, demands and liabilities which arise out of or by reason of any action which shall be taken by the Employer for the purpose of complying with the foregoing provisions of this Article.

Employer Indemnification. The Union shall indemnify the Employer and hold the Employer it harmless against from any and all suits, claims, demands and or liabilities which that shall arise out of or by reason of any action which that shall be taken by the Employer for the purpose of complying with the foregoing provisions of this ArticleArticle II, or in reliance on any list or certificate which shall have been furnished to it under any of such provisions.

Employer Indemnification. 172 The Union shall indemnify the Employer and hold the Employer it harmless against any and all suits, claims, demands and liabilities which that shall arise out of or by reason of any action which that shall be taken by the Employer for the purpose of complying with the foregoing provisions of this Article, or in reliance on any list or certificate which shall have been furnished to the Employer under any of such provisions.

Employer Indemnification. The Union shall agrees to indemnify and hold the Employer harmless against any and all claims, suits, claims, demands orders and liabilities which arise out of or judgments brought and issued against the Employer by reason third parties (including Employees) as the result of any action which shall be taken or not taken by the Employer for under the purpose of complying with the foregoing provisions of this Article.

Employer Indemnification. The Union shall agrees to indemnify and hold save the Employer harmless against any and all suits, claims, demands and liabilities which arise out suits or other forms of or by reason of any action which shall be taken by the liability arising from this Employer for the purpose of complying with the foregoing provisions Article, except for any claim or liability arising out of this Articlean error committed by the Employer, limited to the amount actually involved in the error.

The Union shall indemnify the Employer and hold the Employer it harmless against any and all suits, claims, demands and liabilities which that shall arise out of or by reason of any action which that shall be taken by the Employer for the purpose of complying with the foregoing provisions Article I of this Articlecontract, or in reliance on any list or certificate which shall have been furnished to the Employer under any of such provisions.

Employer Indemnification. The Union shall indemnify indemnify, defend, and hold the Employer harmless against claim, demand, suit, cost, expense, or any other form of liability, including attorney’s fees and all suits, claims, demands and liabilities which arise out of costs arising from or by reason incurred as a result of any action which shall be act taken or not taken by the Employer for the purpose of Employer, its members, officers, agents, employees or representatives in complying with or carrying out the foregoing provisions of this Article; and in reliance on any notice, letter, or authorization forwarded to the Employer by the Union pursuant to this Article.
