Employees' Right-To-Know. When the Hospital receives and investigates a report that a dangerous, unhealthful, or potentially dangerous or unhealthful condition is present on a particular unit the Hospital shall inform all SEIU bargaining unit employees working in the unit or affected area.
Employees' Right-To-Know. When the Employer receives, through official channels, changes in law or controlling regulations or when the Employer makes final decisions, and these decisions or changes will directly affect personnel policies and practices or conditions of employment of bargaining unit employees, this information will be made available to employees. Employees will be permitted to review and have access to any Agency/activity regulation on duty time and at no cost to the employee.
Employees' Right-To-Know. It is a direct condition of the terms of this proposal that if there be any toxic substances, materials, or infectious agents, the offeror shall supply copies of material safety data sheets in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes, Chapter 364.
