Employee's Position and Duties. Employee agrees as follows:
Employee's Position and Duties. Employee shall be employed on behalf of the Company with the title and duties set forth on Exhibit A hereto. Subject to paragraph 1 hereof, Employee shall devote his full business time and attention to the business of the Company and to the furtherance of the Company's best interests. Employee further agrees that he will perform such acts and duties as the Company may assign to him in the Company's discretion; provided, however, that notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, in no event shall Employee be required to perform any duties which are unlawful. Employee agrees that he will at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability, experience and talents, perform all of the duties that may be required of and from him pursuant to the express and implicit terms hereof, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Company.
Employee's Position and Duties. The Employee shall (a) serve as Executive Vice President of Ranger Aerospace Corporation, a Delaware corporation ("Ranger") and the Company during the Employment Period, (b) render such administrative, sales, marketing and other executive and managerial services to Ranger and the Company and its Subsidiaries as Ranger's board of directors (the "Board") may from time to time direct and (c) report to the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ranger and the Company. The Employee shall devote his full working time and attention to the performance of services for the benefit of Ranger and the Company. The Employee shall present to the Board and the Chief Executive Officer every acquisition or investment opportunity in the aerospace and related industries, whether foreign or domestic, of which the Employee becomes aware and desires to pursue. The Employee shall not pursue any such opportunity (as investor or otherwise) unless the Board declines to pursue such opportunity.

During the Employment Period, Employee shall have such executive and business development responsibilities and other similar duties as are assigned to Employee by Oceanic. During the Employment Period, but excluding any periods of vacation and sick leave, Employee agrees to devote all her business attention, skill and time to the business and affairs of Division and to the best of her ability to perform faithfully and efficiently the duties and responsibilities assigned to Employee under this Section 3. Among other things, Employee will act as President of Division.

Employee's Position and Duties. This NEC during its duration is referable to the position listed in Schedule NEC – A. ENERGEX can expand, increase or change the responsibilities or duties of the employee’s position and before implementing such change ENERGEX will consult with the employee. Any expansion, increase or change to the employee’s responsibilities or duties will result in the position profile being assessed and if necessary amended, re-evaluated and if applicable adjustments to the remuneration level will be made. The position profile is attached. Your duties may be varied from time to time. This will only occur after consultation in order to allow ENERGEX to respond to changing business and operational needs.
Employee's Position and Duties. Employee shall perform the duties of the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank subject to the powers vested in the Board of Directors of the Bank and in the Bank's shareholders, or such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board.
