Employee Requested Review Sample Clauses
The Employee Requested Review clause allows an employee to formally request a review of a decision, action, or condition affecting their employment. Typically, this clause outlines the process by which an employee can submit a request, the timeframe for doing so, and the steps the employer must take to address the review, such as conducting an investigation or providing a written response. Its core function is to provide employees with a structured mechanism to seek reconsideration or clarification, thereby promoting fairness and transparency in workplace decision-making.
