  • Minor Administrative Changes System Agency is authorized to provide written approval of mutually agreed upon Minor Administrative Changes to the Project or the Contract that do not increase the fees or term. Upon approval of a Minor Administrative Change, HHSC and Grantee will maintain written notice that the change has been accepted in their Contract files.

  • Permanent Schedule Changes Employees’ workweeks and work schedules may be permanently changed with prior notice from the Employer. Overtime-eligible employees will receive ten (10) calendar days’ written notice of a permanent schedule change. The day notification is given is considered the first day of notice. Notice will normally be given to the affected employees during their scheduled working hours. If an affected employee is on extended leave, notice may be sent to the employee’s last known address.

  • Notice of Change in Control The Company will, within five Business Days after any Responsible Officer has knowledge of the occurrence of any Change in Control, give written notice of such Change in Control to each holder of Notes. The Corporate Taxpayer shall provide an Amended Schedule to each applicable TRA Party when the Corporate Taxpayer delivers the Basis Schedule for the following taxable year.
