EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND EMPLOYEE FILES. The parties share the belief that the performance review process is a shared responsibility and consists of discussions between the employee and the employee’s supervisor. The parties agree that the performance review process is a continuous cycle and it helps the employee and the supervisor to work together to establish objectives, monitor progress and assess results. The parties further agree that the supervisor will provide the employee with feedback and support mechanisms in order to help achieve agreed upon objectives.
