Emergency Repair. Party B shall make a plan for emergency repair, rescue and disaster relief, and build a guarantee system effective in organizing, directing, supplying equipment and materials, so that when gas emergencies happen, the guarantee system can be launched smoothly. Party B shall have a pipe gas facilities emergency repair team, providing around-the-clock emergency hotline.

Emergency Repair. An employee who is called in for emergency repair shall be paid double the employee’s regular rate for all hours worked, up to the starting time of the employee’s scheduled shift but in any event not less than four (4) hours.
Emergency Repair. In the event of an emergency situation that requires immediate action to protect persons or property, work may proceed within the right-of-way without authorization from the district administrator’s designee; however, the locality must contact the VDOT Emergency Operations Center as soon as reasonably possible but no later than 48 hours after the end of the emergency situation. The permittee must apply for a separate land use permit from the local district permit office for any emergency work performed on state maintained right-of-way when the following actions are proposed: • Stopping or impeding highway travel in excess of 15 minutes, or, • Accessing facilities within limited access right-of-way, or, • Cutting the highway pavement or shoulders. The district administrator’s designee shall determine the applicable permit fee for emergency repair permits.

Emergency Repair. The Landlord may stop service of plumbing, heating or electrical system, because of an accident, emergency, repairs, or changes until the work is completed. If unable to supply any service because of labor trouble, lack of fuel supply or other cause not controlled by Landlord, the Landlord is excused from supplying that service. Tenant expressly acknowledges that Xxxxxxxx's insurance does not cover Xxxxxx's personal possessions in the event of loss or damage due to fire, windstorm, flood, theft, vandalism, or other similar cause, and further acknowledges that Landlord has required Tenant to obtain and maintain Xxxxxx's own renter's insurance policy to insure Tenant's personal possessions or personal liability.

Emergency Repair. 1) In the event of an emergency situation that requires immediate action to protect persons or property, work may proceed within the right‐of‐way without authorization from the district administrator’s designee; however, the utility owner must contact the VDOT Customer Service Center at 1‐800‐367‐7623 as soon as reasonably possible but no later than 48 hours after the end of the emergency situation.
Emergency Repair. 18.01 In the event that it is necessary to call a xxxxxxx from his home for emergency repair work and the job takes less than one (1) hour, the xxxxxxx shall be paid for a minimum of one (1) hour. The Association member has the right to designate an employee on a rotating basis to stand by for emergency service, if the employee has placed his name on the Call Out List. This employee will notify his Association member at the end of each day where he can be reached by phone if needed in an emergency.
