Gas Facilities definition

Gas Facilities means Grantee’s gas transmission, storage and distribution facilities, including pipes, pipe lines, mains, laterals, conduits, feeders, regulators, reducing and regulating stations, meters, fixtures, connections and all attachments, appurtenances, and all accessories necessary and incidental thereto located within City properties or within the City Limits, whether the facilities are located above or below ground.

Gas Facilities means underground pipelines, pipes, hand/man holes, ducts, conduits, Communication Facilities, and all related above-ground and underground facilities, appurtenances, and equipment located on the Buyer Property, and/or which NYSEG may reasonably require now and from time to time on the Buyer Property for the transmission and/or distribution of natural and/or manufactured gas and for communications purposes, for public or private use, including those facilities identified on Exhibit C, attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Gas Facilities means the Gas Production Facilities, the Processing Plant, the Pipeline and the Wazo Hill Lateral, all as more particularly described in the Gas Agreement.

Examples of Gas Facilities in a sentence

• For these purposes, Company may construct, operate, repair and maintain Gas Facilities in, on, over, under and across the Public Ways and Public Grounds, subject to the provisions of this Ordinance.

• CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp., d/b/a CenterPoint Energy Minnesota Gas (“CenterPoint Energy”) its successors and assigns including all successors or assigns that own or operate any part or parts of the Gas Facilities subject to this Franchise.

• The Company must take reasonable measures to prevent the Gas Facilities from causing damage to persons or property.

• The Company must take reasonable measures to protect the Gas Facilities from damage that could be inflicted on the Gas Facilities by persons, property, or the elements.

• The location and relocation of Gas Facilities shall be subject to reasonable regulations of the City consistent with authority granted the City to manage its Public Ways and Public Grounds under state law, to the extent not inconsistent with a specific term of this Franchise.

• Subpart OOOOa, Crude Oil and Natural Gas Facilities for which construction, modification, or reconstruction commenced after September 18, 2015.

• The Notice will be given to Company a sufficient length of time, considering seasonal working conditions, in advance of the actual commencement of the work to permit Company to make any additions, alterations or repairs to its Gas Facilities the Company deems necessary.

• If requested by City, the Company must promptly provide complete and accurate mapping information for any of its Gas Facilities in accordance with the requirements of Minnesota Rules 7819.4000 and 7819.4100.

More Definitions of Gas Facilities

Gas Facilities means pipes, mains, regulators, and other facilities owned or operated by Company for the purpose of providing gas service for public or private use.

Gas Facilities has the meaning set forth in the Project Certificate. All $58,700,000 of the proceeds of the Series A Bonds and $28,620,000 of the proceeds of the Series B Bonds shall be deemed to have refinanced the Gas Facilities.

Gas Facilities shall include: 1) Vehicle services including fuel and oil; 2) Restroom facilities and drinking water; 3) Continuous, staffed operation at least 12 hours a day, 7 days a week; 4) Public access to a telephone.

Gas Facilities means gas pipes, pipe lines, mains, laterals, conduits, feeders, regulators, meters, fixtures, connections, and all attachments, appurtenances, and accessories necessary and incidental thereto located within Town properties or within the Town limits, whether the same be located above or below ground.
