Permit Fee. The Department shall be entitled to receive permit fee payments as set forth in Exhibit L. The Concessionaire agrees to pay the permit fee to the Department as compensation for the Department’s grant to Concessionaire of the Permit. Model:

Permit Fee. Permittee shall pay City the sum of FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($500.00) upon submission of application. All permit payments shall reference this Bike-Share Permit on the check and shall be paid to City at the following address: City of Plano, Texas Attention: Accounting Department P. Permit Fee. As compensation for the benefits and privileges granted under this Agreement and in consideration of permission to use Grantor's Streets, Grantee shall pay as a Permit fee to Grantor, a one-time payment in the amount of $ 200.00 (fee determined based on review of project), due prior to issuance of the Permit.

Permit Fee. Licensee shall pay to the Port $ per month payable in advance on the 1ST day of each month without invoicing. Non-receipt of statements shall be no defense against charges owed the Port under this License.

Permit Fee. As a condition of employment, a Temporary Employee shall, after thirty-one (31) days of employment, remit to the Union the established monthly permit fee. Such Temporary Employee shall not be subject to the terms of this Agreement with the exception of “start” pay rates of Article 27 pertaining to the Pay Grade in which employed. However, the “start” rate of pay for individuals from an outside agency shall be determined by that agency.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Permit Fee is omitted from any calculation of gross revenues under Section 4.09 and accordingly, any calculation of the Excess Sharing Amount.

Permit Fee. The Employer shall remit a permit fee equivalent to three percent (3%) of the value of all subcontracted labour to the Union in the manner set forth in Article 5.000.

Permit Fee. Applicant hereby agrees to pay a non-refundable Business Permit fee as prescribed in the GBRAA Rules, Regulations and Fees, with the submission of this Application to defray administrative costs incurred in the consideration of this Application. Said Business Permit fee shall be payable annually in October and/or prorated monthly for any period of less than one (1) year at the option of GBRAA.

Permit Fee. A copy of the approved permit and evidence of proper closure shall be submitted with the invoice.
