Eligibility for Compensatory Time. Only ASF Members who are non- exempt under the FLSA are eligible to accrue compensatory time in lieu of cash overtime.
Eligibility for Compensatory Time. Employees who work overtime as defined above will have the option of receiving compensatory time off in lieu of monetary compensation for overtime if mutually agreed between the employee and his/her supervisor. Compensatory time will be granted at a rate of one and one- half (1 ½) hours for each hour of overtime in excess of seven and a half (7.5) in a work day. and in excess of eight (8) hours in a work day for part-time employees.
