Customized Data Processing (CDP) is what the EMR developer used- though we have the capacity to use several different electronic communication venues to contact and communicate with clients. We are able to use designated cell phones to call or text clients with pre-approved and determined verbiage to notify them to return to clinic sites of previous services. The different venues of electronic communication utilized by KC RH-FP are only utilized when clients approve of the method and provide the appropriate contact information such as email address, cell phone with text capability, etc.

As of January 1, 2016 the Iron County reproductive health program stopped using SPHERE as a data collection system. The program has begun using Lytec for data collection as recommended by XX-XX/RH. Assistance with the Lytec is provided by FPHS in Wausau, WI. The program continues to work closely with our IT department to ensure that our program comply with HIPAA/HITEC and other federal rules and state statutes.
