Electronic Notice. An electronic communication (“Electronic Notice”) shall be deemed written notice for purposes of this Section 16 if sent to the electronic mail address specified by the receiving party under separate cover. Electronic Notice shall be deemed received at the time the party sending Electronic Notice receives verification of receipt by the receiving party. Any party receiving Electronic Notice may request and shall be entitled to receive the notice on paper, in a nonelectronic form (“Nonelectronic Notice”) which shall be sent to the requesting party within ten (10) days of receipt of the written request for Nonelectronic Notice.
Electronic Notice. As an alternative to physical delivery, any notice, may be delivered in electronic form to Buyer 793 or Seller, any individual named in this Contract to receive documents or notices for such party, Broker or Brokerage Firm of 794 Broker working with such party (except any notice or delivery after Closing must be received by the party, not Broker or 795 Brokerage Firm) at the electronic address of the recipient by facsimile, email or _ .

Notices provided by posting on the AWS Site will be effective upon posting and notices provided by email will be effective when AWS sends the email. For the notices in this contract that are deemed to be posted on the AWS site, AWS will review and notify DIR and Customers monthly via email (with delivery receipt confirmation) of any changes to the notices.

Please refer to your copy of the e-Sign Consent for additional information on withdrawing your consent or requesting paper copies of the Agreement and any Notices.
Electronic Notice. Casey State Bank will provide the Bill Pay Terms and Conditions Agreement electronically and is available for viewing and printing from our website. We will also provide notices of changes to this agreement and other related disclosures electronically. We may send other notices to you by electronic messaging. You may use electronic messaging to contact us about inquiries, maintenance and/or some problem resolution issues. Electronic Notice. Merchant consents to receiving electronically rather than in paper form all notices, disclosures, invoices, statements, and other documents which may or are required to be provided to Merchant under this Agreement. Merchant will log into and check the merchant portal and Merchant’s account information on Processor’s website daily for such notices, disclosures, invoices, statements, and other documents. Merchant understands and acknowledges that access to the internet, e-mail, and the worldwide web are required for Merchant to access a document electronically and Merchant is responsible for all such access costs. Without prior notice to Merchant and at any time, electronic documents may no longer be sent or made available to Merchant, in which case a paper copy will be sent to Merchant.
