Education Validation. When a certain level of education, certification, or related credential is required as per the RFQ for staff augmentation services, VTS thoroughly reviews all degrees, diplomas, certificates, and vocational trainings listed in the resume for accuracy. We acquire transcripts and proofs of successful completion from the candidates to validate. On certain occasions, we contact the educational institute with a Letter for Requesting Educational Records along with the Applicant Information Release Consent Form to validate the information provided by the candidate. For international degrees and diplomas, VTS requests education degree evaluations provided by accredited agencies. When applicable, we also use accreditation databases maintained by the US Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education to check institution's credentials.
