Early Returns from Leave Sample Clauses

Early Returns from Leave. There shall be no obligation on the part of the Employer to provide work prior to the expiration of any leave of absence granted under this Agreement, unless the employee gives a written notice to the Employer of his desire to return to work prior to the expiration of his leave. If such notice is given, the employee will be assigned to his position no later than one (1) week following receipt by the Employer of such notice, seniority permitting.

  • Return from Leave An employee on maternity or parental leave pursuant to Articles 20.1 and 20.2 shall provide the Employer with at least one (1) month’s written notice.
