DATE OF RETURN. LESSEE is obligated to return the Aircraft, Engines Parts and Aircraft Documentation to LESSOR on the Expiration Date, unless a Total Loss of the Aircraft occurred prior to the Expiration Date and this Lease was terminated early in accordance with Article 18.3. If LESSEE is in Default hereunder by failing to return the Aircraft on the Expiration Date or if an Event of Default occurs prior to the Expiration Date and LESSOR repossesses the Aircraft, the return requirements set forth in this Article 23 nonetheless must be met on the date the Aircraft is actually returned to LESSOR or repossessed by LESSOR.
DATE OF RETURN. You shall return the Equipment in person on or before the Return Date specified on the preceding page. If the Equipment is not returned on or before the Return Date, you agree that Nikon shall be entitled to charge / invoice you additional fees at the rates set forth in Annex A as attached hereto. If you and/or the Equipment cannot be contacted or located (as the case may be), Nikon shall seek all other legal remedies in respect of its loss.
DATE OF RETURN. Said employment contracts are to be signed and returned to Human Resources Office by June 30 and are subject to the terms of the Master Agreement. The Notice of Faculty Assignment documents (Appendix B) do not need to be signed nor returned.
DATE OF RETURN. Lessee shall, at Lessee's risk and expense, return the Aircraft and the Manuals and Technical Records to Lessor on the Return Inspection Date or, if earlier, the Termination Date, free and clear of all Liens other than Transaction Liens and in accordance with the procedures and in compliance with the conditions set forth in Schedule 6, unless a Total Loss of the Aircraft occurs prior to the Expiration Date and this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 19.4. Irrespective of when the Aircraft is returned to or repossessed by Lessor, the return requirements set forth in this Section 22 must be met on the date the Aircraft is actually returned to Lessor or repossessed by Lessor.
DATE OF RETURN. The date of return shall be stipulated at the time the leave is requested.
