Common use of Dwelling Unit Clause in Contracts

Dwelling Unit. Any room or group of rooms located within a Dwelling and forming a single habitable unit with facilities which are used or intended to be used for living, sleeping, cooking and eating by one family.

Dwelling Unit. Any room or group of rooms located within a Dwelling dwelling and forming a single habitable unit with facilities which are used used, or are intended to be used used, for living, sleeping, cooking cooling and eating eating. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each space occupied by one familyan individual or group of individuals for residential purposes pursuant to a lease agreement or other arrangement shall constitute a single habitable unit.
