DURATION OF THIS MOU. This MOU shall remain in effect for a period of ten (10) years after the date it takes effect and shall automatically expire and have no further force or effect at the end of this ten-year period unless it is terminated prior to that time. No later than 18 months prior to the expiration date of the MOU, Caltrans shall initiate consultation to determine if the MOU should be allowed to expire automatically or whether it should be extended for an additional term, with or without amendments, as the signatories may determine. Unless the signatories unanimously agree through such consultation on an alternative to automatic expiration of this MOU, this MOU shall automatically expire and have no further force or effect in accordance with the timetable stipulated herein.
DURATION OF THIS MOU. The effective date of this MoU is the first date after both Parties have signed below. This MoU will expire [three to five years] from the effective date unless sooner terminated, revoked or modified by mutual written agreement between the Parties. Either Party may terminate this MoU without liability to the other by giving [one month’s] notice in writing to the other Party.
DURATION OF THIS MOU. It is agreed by SNS Tech and SRS that the terms of this MoU shall be in force for a period of THREE YEARS from the date of this MoU, which may on mutual concern between both parties to be extended for further periods on such terms as agreed mutually. This MoU is made on two Rs.50/- non judicial stamp papers, both parties have one copy.
DURATION OF THIS MOU. The period of the MOU shall commence on [start date] and end on [end date], unless earlier terminated as provided in Section VII below. [The Parties may extend the term of this MOU by exercising a maximum of [choose number up to four] ([x]) one-year option periods]. UDC shall provide written notice of its intent to renew an option period prior to the expiration of the MOU.
DURATION OF THIS MOU. 2.1 This MoU has effect on an ongoing basis from the date of its execution pursuant to paragraph 14.
DURATION OF THIS MOU. The parties contemplate completion of a mutually acceptable Option Agreement by the later of June 15, 2021 or the next succeeding Town Select Board meeting. Either party may end the process leading up to an Option Agreement by written notice.
DURATION OF THIS MOU. This agreement is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of signing of this agreement, and will automatically expire at the completion of two years from the date of signing of this agreement.
DURATION OF THIS MOU. The period of this MOU shall be from the date of execution through September 30, 2015, unless terminated in writing by the Parties pursuant to Section XI of this MOU.
DURATION OF THIS MOU a) This MOU will be in place from the signing of this agreement to the 31 December 2023, with a full review at the end of September 2021 recognizing that amendments to the MOU may result from the outcome of the review.
DURATION OF THIS MOU. This MoU has effect for a period of five years from the date of its execution unless earlier terminated or extended by participants in accordance with Section 11.
