Disciplinary Removal. If a resident is prohibited from residing on campus due to a disciplinary removal, the resident will be required to vacate the assigned room or apartment within 48 hours of notification of the disciplinary sanction. Resident is ineligible for a refund or credit of housing fees due to the disciplinary removal and shall remain liable for any charges assessed to their student account.

Graffiti results in visual pollution and is a public nuisance. Graffiti must be abated as quickly as possible to avoid detrimental impacts on the City and County and its residents, and to prevent the further spread of graffiti.

  • Disciplinary Record 22.05 A Nurse who has been subject to disciplinary action other than suspension may, after twenty-four (24) months of continuous Service from the date the disciplinary measure was invoked, request in writing that the performance file be cleared of any record of the disciplinary action. Such request shall be granted provided the Nurse’s file does not contain any further record of disciplinary action during the twenty-four (24) month period, of which the Nurse is aware.
