DISABILITY INSURANCE POLICIES. County-sponsored disability insurance policies will be made available. Coverage can be purchased either through the use of vacation sellback (up to ten (10) days) or through payroll deduction. (See the Salary Ordinance for information on vacation sellback.) These policies are subject to premium costs, eligibility requirements, age limitations, coverage exclusions, conversion rights, and all other provisions set forth in the applicable insurer contracts.

  • Disability Insurance The Company shall maintain, at its cost, supplemental renewable long-term disability insurance as agreed to by the Company and the Executive.

The plan shall provide post-probationary regular employees with salary continuation as per Appendix “A” until age sixty-five (65) in the event of a disability. The cost of the plan shall be borne by the Employer.

  • Umbrella Liability Insurance Liability on a following form basis with a limit $1,000,000 per occurrence in excess of all primary limits.

  • State Disability Insurance (“SDI”) 215. Employees in the bargaining unit(s) covered by this agreement shall be enrolled in the State Disability Insurance Program.
