DISABILITY INSURANCE POLICIES. Effective April 8, 2005, disability insurance policies will be made available for the employee only. Coverage(s) can be purchased either through the use of vacation sellback (up to ten days) or through payroll deduction. These policies are subject to premium costs, eligibility requirements, age limitations, coverage exclusions, conversion rights, and all other provisions set forth in the applicable insurer contracts.
