Department-Furnished Materials. The Department reserves the right to furnish any materials it deems advisable, and Developer shall have no claim for costs and markup on those materials.

Department-Furnished Materials. The Contract Documents may provide that certain materials for the Project are to be provided by the Department. All Department-furnished materials will be made available during normal business hours at Department-designated sites. The Progressive Contractor shall be responsible for arranging pick up, inspection, determinations of acceptability, loading, and transportation of all such materials from Department-designated sites and shall bear the risk of loss during such activities. The Progressive Contractor shall be responsible for any defects or deficiencies discovered after any Department-furnished materials are removed from Department-designated sites.
