Designated Sites. (a) Design: All Licensee sites.
Designated Sites. Designated Site(s) means the location(s) controlled by CCAi and listed in Appendix "1" to this Agreement.
Designated Sites. American shall designate at least four sites for purchase or lease from among the five sites (the "PRIMARY SITES") listed on Schedule 1 hereto or other additional sites after American has obtained options or other rights ("PROPERTY RIGHTS") that would enable VeraSun or its designee, as an assignee of American, to purchase or lease the sites (each, a "DESIGNATED SITE"); provided that American shall submit one of the Primary Sites to VeraSun for purchase or lease within three months after the date of this Agreement. The Property Rights must not expire earlier than 120 days after submission of a Designated Site for approval pursuant to Section 1.03 unless VeraSun otherwise agrees in writing."
Designated Sites. The proposed building would be located at a significant distance from the Cabby Burn. The burn connects to the Whiteadder Water which in turn is a tributary to the River Tweed and forms part of the latter’s Special Area of Conservation (SAC) and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI)

Designated Sites. The Cabby Burn is located just over 50m from the proposed building. The submitted section drawing shows it sits 4m below the ground level of the proposed building. Screening mounds would be formed between the proposed building and the burn. The Cabby Burn connects to the Whiteadder Water roughly 1km downstream of the proposed site. The Whiteadder in turn is a tributary to the River Tweed and forms part of the latter’s Special Area of Conservation (SAC) and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI)

Designated Sites. (a) The Software shall initially be used only at the Designated Site(s). Visa shall designate sites where the Software is to be installed upon Hardware supplied by Visa. Visa may designate up to seven (7) such sites. In the event that a Visa member or members banking organization which has been designated for a Pilot Program requires software features whose functionality, services or other requirements are substantially varied from those set forth in this Agreement and in the Functional Specification provided under this Agreement, then Visa and IFS shall agree upon specific and separate terms for such member or members. Such terms shall be incorporated into an addendum to this Agreement, which addendum shall be signed or initialed by both IFS and Visa. Once a site has been identified and designated, the parties shall note the location and other factors applicable to such site on Schedule B of this Agreement. It is anticipated that Schedule B will be amended during the course of this Agreement as Designated Sites are identified and designated by Visa. However, the failure to update Schedule B shall not have any effect upon the construction or enforcement of this Agreement. These Designated Sites may include Visa-owned processing facilities around the world, the processing sites of Visa's designated processing contractors, and the processing sites of members of Visa engaged in the Visa Cash Pilot Programs.

Designated Sites. From time to time during the Term, Stanford may give written notice to City that one or more Sites in the Research Park is to be a Designated Site. Stanford may rescind any such designation before commencement of construction of the Designated Project on the Site by filing a written withdrawal of its application or, if the Project has been approved, by filing a written surrender of the Subsequent Approvals for the Project.
