Delegation of Use. Any owner may delegate, in accordance with the By-Laws, his right of enjoyment to the Common Area and facilities to the members of his family, his tenants and their guests.
Delegation of Use. Any Owner may delegate, in accordance with the applicable by-laws of the Association, his rights of enjoyment of the Common Area and facilities to the members of his family, guests, tenants, or contract purchasers, provided that every such delegee shall reside upon the property or be accompanied by the Owner.

Lot owners may delegate, in accordance with the Bylaws, their right of enjoyment to the common areas to the members of their families or to their tenants or contract purchasers who reside on the property. Membership in the Community Association may not be conveyed separately from ownership in the lot.

Delegation of Use. Tenant may delegate all or a part of its right to use and enjoy the Common Areas to licensees, invitees, guests or other persons properly within the Center, subject to the provisions of this Lease.
