Definitions of Employees. During the 1997-1999 round of collective bargaining, the Employer and the Union agreed to delete the definition of “Temporary Full-Time Employee” as outlined in the Memorandum of Agreement dated 1999 September 14 and effective 1999 October 14. It is understood that Temporary Full-Time Employees on staff prior to 1999 October 14 are covered by provisions applicable to Temporary Full-Time Employees, as outlined in the 1995-1996 Collective Agreement.
