Deductions from Compensation. Payments to Assistant Coach by the University pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be subject to all deductions required by state and federal law or regulation. The University will make such other deductions permitted by law and authorized by Assistant Coach in writing.

Deductions from Compensation. Payments to Athletics Director by the University pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be subject to all deductions required by state and federal law or regulation. Deductions from Compensation. Company will deduct and withhold from all compensation payable to Executive all amounts required to be deducted or withheld pursuant to any present or future law, ordinance, regulation, order, writ, judgment, or decree requiring such deduction and withholding.
