GOVERNMENT LAWS AND REGULATIONS. All transportation is sold and all carriage is performed subject to compliance with all applicable government laws and regulations, including those of the Federal Aviation Administration and U.S. Department of Transportation, Transportation Security Administration, and all applicable Conventions, special contracts, treaties, and tariffs, many of which are not specified herein but are nevertheless binding on Carrier and all Passengers.
GOVERNMENT LAWS AND REGULATIONS. 6.1 Nothing contained in this agreement shall be construed as to render null and void the obligations of the signatories under the provisions of the Canada Shipping Act or other Government legislation or regulations, nor to impair in any manner whatsoever the absolute authority of the Master.

If any section or subsection of this Agreement shall be declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction or shall become inoperative because of any Federal or State law, the remaining portions of the Agreement shall continue in full force until the prescribed termination date. The provisions of this Agreement will be applied without regard to race, creed, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, physical characteristics, handicap, or marital status.

Consultant agrees, in connection with the performance of services hereunder, to comply with all applicable federal, state, or local regulations, including, but not limited to, all applicable requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and of regulations and orders of the United States Department of Labor issued thereunder. Consultant agrees that it will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on account of race, color, religion, sex, disability or national origin and will comply with the terms of the Non-Discrimination Compliance Agreement of even date herewith executed by Consultant and attached hereto. Consultant has, and shall maintain during the term of this Agreement, all known permits or other appropriate records that may be required by law. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement Consultant shall not export directly or indirectly, any U.S. source technical data to any country outside the United States which export may be in violation of the United States Export Control Laws and Regulations. Consultant agrees not to bring any toxic or hazardous material onto the property of NYNEX without the prior written permission of NYNEX. Consultant agrees to be responsible for the handling and management of all such toxic or hazardous materials that it uses in providing services under this Agreement. Consultant shall not bring any toxic or hazardous materials on the premises of NYNEX without first notifying NYNEX in writing and providing NYNEX with an appropriate MSDS.
GOVERNMENT LAWS AND REGULATIONS. You agree, to the best of your ability, to comply with all applicable laws of the jurisdictions in which services are performed under this Agreement. You also agree to comply with all USA federal, state or local laws, and regulations applicable to the Company as a publicly traded entity in the USA, including, but not limited to, all applicable requirements of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing obligations, you will not use any part of the compensation paid pursuant to this Agreement to make any payment or gift directly or indirectly to any employee, officer or representative of any foreign government, political party or candidate for political office under circumstances in which such payment could constitute a bribe, kickback or illegal payment under applicable USA or applicable non-USA laws. You agree that any violation of such applicable USA laws by you shall entitle the Company to terminate this Agreement in accordance with clause 11.3. You agree that you will not, in connection with the performance of services hereunder, discriminate against any person on account of race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
GOVERNMENT LAWS AND REGULATIONS. Vendor certifies that it shall comply with, and will do all things necessary for the County to comply with, all laws, rules and regulations applicable to the provision of potable bottled drinking water products and services, including (to the extent applicable to Vendor), but not limited to, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Federal Rehabilitation Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
GOVERNMENT LAWS AND REGULATIONS. Nothing in this Agreement shall be so construed as to render null and void the obligations of the signatories, under the provisions of the Canada Shipping Act or other Government legislation or regulations. The Vessel will normally operate on a Running Agreement not extending beyond a six (6) month period as outlined in Section of the Canada Shipping Act. It is agreed by the Company and the Union that no additional clauses shall be adopted in the Agreement with the crew which are in conflict to the terms of this Collective Agreement. ARTICLE
