Compensation Payments. Compensation on initial premiums shall be due to the SELLING BROKER-DEALER at the time of the issuance of the policy. Thereafter, it shall be payable at the time of the receipt and acceptance of premium by SECURITY LIFE, except that the amount, and the time of payment of compensation on stated death benefit increases, replacements, reissues, changes, conversions, exchanges, term renewals, term conversions, premiums paid in advance, policies issued on a "guaranteed issue" basis, policies requiring facultative reinsurance arrangements, and other special cases and programs shall be governed by SECURITY LIFE'S underwriting and administrative rules then in effect. The Compensation shall be payable to the SELLING BROKER-DEALER in accordance with the Schedule J in effect at the time of issue of the policy.
Compensation Payments. Payments from the insurance carrier for disability arising out of and in the course of employment shall be paid to the employee. The amount of such payment or payments shall be deducted from the monies, which the employee received from the City. Compensation Payments. Accrued sick leave, to the extent available, then personal leave, to the extent available, then accrued vacation leave, to the extend available, then accrued compensatory time, to the extent available, may be used to supplement workers' compensation payments up to but not beyond an employee's regular salary.
Section 3. The use of the term “Chief Court Administrator” in this Agreement shall be deemed to include any person(s) who may from time to time be designated by the Chief Court Administrator to perform functions set forth in the Agreement.
Compensation Payments. 11 The District shall begin calculating class size overage payments on the 12 eighteenth (18th) workday of either semester when class size maximums 13 are exceeded. The amounts shall include all students in excess of the max- 14 imums listed in Article section 15.1 at the rate of $1 for each student per 15 each day. Compensation Payments. If any moneys become payable to a Chargor during the subsistence of the Debenture by way of compensation under the provisions of Section 25 of the Law of Property Xxx 0000 or under the Landlord and Tenant Acts 1927 to 1954 or otherwise, such moneys shall, on or after the occurrence of an Enforcement Event, unless the Collateral Agent otherwise agrees in writing (but so that the Collateral Agent shall not be obliged so to agree), be held, applied, paid or released by the Collateral Agent in accordance with the Indenture; and:
(a) the Collateral Agent shall be entitled and is hereby irrevocably authorised by a Chargor and appointed the Chargor attorney to give a good receipt on behalf of the Company for such moneys; and
(b) if any such moneys shall actually be received by a Chargor, a Chargor shall hold such moneys upon trust for the Collateral Agent pending payment to the Collateral Agent.
