Compensation Payments. Compensation on initial premium shall be due to the --------------------- SELLING BROKER-DEALER at the time of the issuance of the policy and for all other premium payments at the time of the receipt and acceptance of premium by SECURITY LIFE, except that the amount, if any, and the time of payment of compensation on replacements, reissues, changes, conversions, exchanges, term renewals, term conversions, premiums paid in advance, policies issued on a "guaranteed issue" basis, policies requiring facultative reinsurance arrangements, and other special cases and programs shall be governed by SECURITY LIFE'S underwriting and administrative rules then in effect. The Compensation shall be payable to the SELLING BROKER-DEALER in accordance with the Schedule D in effect at the time of issue of the policy.
Compensation Payments. Payments from the insurance carrier for disability arising out of and in the course of employment shall be paid to the employee. The amount of such payment or payments shall be deducted from the monies, which the employee received from the City. Payments from the insurance carrier, plus the monies paid to the employee by the City, shall be equivalent to the employee's regular full pay.

Medical, Dental or Social – Seafarers Family There may be additional contributions by the company to meet medical, dental or social needs of seafarers and their families including crew communications, subject to local negotiations between the relevant JNG members and ITF affiliates.
Compensation Payments. 11 The District shall begin calculating class size overage payments on the 12 eighteenth (18th) workday of either semester when class size maximums 13 are exceeded. The amounts shall include all students in excess of the max- 14 imums listed in Article section 15.1 at the rate of $1 for each student per 15 each day. Compensation will be computed daily, and paid at the end of 16 each semester.

With respect to any Contract, or group of Contracts, that either Pacific Mutual or Pacific Equities Network may, in its sole discretion, determine to be a special case and for which at the time the application is submitted, the initial purchase payment is greater than $1 million, Pacific Mutual and Pacific Equities Network may determine that the commissions in this Revised Schedule B do not apply and establish an alternative commission schedule for such Contract or group of Contracts.
Compensation Payments. Only complaints which allege that employees are not being compensated in accordance with the provisions of this Memorandum of Understanding shall be considered as grievances. Any other matters of compensation are to be resolved in the meeting and conferring process and if not detailed in the Memorandum of Understanding which results from such meeting and conferring process shall be deemed withdrawn until the meeting and conferring process is next opened for such discussion. No adjustment shall be retroactive for more than ninety days (90) from the date upon which the complaint was filed.
Compensation Payments. If any moneys become payable to a Chargor during the subsistence of the Debenture by way of compensation under the provisions of Section 25 of the Law of Property Xxx 0000 or under the Landlord and Tenant Acts 1927 to 1954 or otherwise, such moneys shall, on or after the occurrence of an Enforcement Event, unless the Collateral Agent otherwise agrees in writing (but so that the Collateral Agent shall not be obliged so to agree), be held, applied, paid or released by the Collateral Agent in accordance with the Indenture; and:
