Date for Presently Employed Teachers. All teachers shall be given written notice of their class and/or subject assignments, building assignments and room assignments for the forthcoming year not later than June 1st. A list of said schedules and assignments shall be simultaneously sent to the Association. Any revision shall be subject to the conditions set forth in part XIII, A-2.

Date for Presently Employed Teachers. All teachers shall be given written notice of their tentative salary schedule placement for the ensuing school year in accordance with the date provided by the law then in effect for notification of non-tenured teachers of contract status. All teachers shall be given written notice of class and/or subject assignments, building assignments and room assignments for the ensuing year not later than June 10, unless extenuating circumstances prevail.

  • Public Employees Retirement System “PERS”) Members.   • Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.

  • School Year Employment If an employee is employed on the basis of a school year and such employment contemplates absences from the State payroll during the summer months or vacation periods scheduled by the Appointing Authority which occur during the regular school year, the employee shall nonetheless remain eligible for an Employer Contribution, provided that the employee appears on the regular payroll for at least one (1) working day in the payroll period immediately preceding such absences.

  • Certifying Employees In each Annual Report, Indivior shall include the certifications of Certifying Employees as required by Section III.A.4;
