  • Part C Other Procurement Procedures

  • Area Agency on Aging (AAA means the Department of Human Services designated agency charged with the responsibility to provide a comprehensive and coordinated system of services to seniors and individuals with disabilities in a planning and service area. For the purpose of these rules, the term Area Agency on Aging is inclusive of both Type A and Type B Area Agencies on Aging as defined in ORS 410.040 and described in ORS 410.210 to 410.300.

  • Part IV means Tariff, Part IV, sections 36 through 112C pertaining to generation or merchant transmission interconnection to the Transmission System in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.   • Schedule of Representations means the Schedule of Representations and Warranties attached hereto as Schedule B.

  • List of Approved Contractors means a list developed by each Transmission Owner and published in a PJM Manual of (a) contractors that the Transmission Owner considers to be qualified to install or construct new facilities and/or upgrades or modifications to existing facilities on the Transmission Owner’s system, provided that such contractors may include, but need not be limited to, contractors that, in addition to providing construction services, also provide design and/or other construction-related services, and (b) manufacturers or vendors of major transmission-related equipment (e.g., high-voltage transformers, transmission line, circuit breakers) whose products the Transmission Owner considers acceptable for installation and use on its system.

  • 1940 Act Asset Coverage means “asset coverage,” as defined for purposes of Section 18(h) of the 1940 Act, of at least 200% with respect to all outstanding senior securities of the Fund which are shares of stock for purposes of the 1940 Act, including all outstanding MuniFund Term Preferred Shares (or such other asset coverage as may in the future be specified in or under the 1940 Act or by rule, regulation or order of United States Securities and Exchange Commission as the minimum asset coverage for senior securities which are shares of stock of a closed-end investment company).

  • Policy Schedule means a schedule attached to these Terms and Benefits, which sets out, among others, the Policy Effective Date, Renewal Date, the name and the relevant particulars of the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, the eligible benefits, premium and other relevant details in respect of these Terms and Benefits.

  • EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule means the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule published by the Loan Market Association (or any successor person), as in effect from time to time.

  • Loss Payable Clauses means the provisions regulating the manner of payment of sums receivable under the Insurances which are to be incorporated in the relevant insurance document, such Loss Payable Clauses to be in the forms set out in paragraph 4 of this Schedule, or such other form as the Bank may from time to time agree in writing;

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Part I means the Tariff Definitions and Common Service Provisions contained in Tariff, Part I, sections 1 through 12A. Part II:

  • Annexure F means, if applicable to the Product or the subject matter of this Agreement and read conjunctively with the Contractor’s obligations in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, the express warranties provided by the Contractor in relation to the Product.

  • Part II means Tariff, Part II, sections 13 through 27A pertaining to Point-To-Point Transmission Service in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments. Part III:

  • Shift Schedule means a projection of Employees’ shifts with regard to days worked and days off, including shift starting and terminating times.

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Insurance Schedule means Schedule 3 attached hereto.

  • Additional Xxxx of Sale means each document, in the form of Attachment D hereto, executed by an authorized officer of VL Funding, the VL Funding Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of VL Funding, Funding and the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of Funding which shall: (i) set forth the list and certain terms of (a) Additional Loans offered by VL Funding and the VL Funding Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of VL Funding and accepted for purchase by the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee for the benefit of Funding, including the Additional Loans Purchase Price for the Additional Loans being sold thereunder or (b) Substituted Loans substituted by VL Funding and (ii) sell, assign and convey to Funding and the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee, for the benefit of Funding, and their assignees, all right, title and interest of VL Funding and of the VL Funding Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of VL Funding in the Additional Loans or Substituted Loans, as applicable, listed on the related Additional Xxxx of Sale and (iii) certify that the representations and warranties made by VL Funding and the VL Funding Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of VL Funding pursuant to Sections 5(A) and (B) of these Master Terms, by the Servicer as set forth in Section 5(C) and by the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee as set forth in Section 5(D) are true and correct.
