Data & Timing. The LOC acknowledges that the FIS has entitled Infront to appoint timekeeping and data processing Commercial Affiliates to the FIS Championships in accordance with the contractual terms of the FIS Official Timing and Data Partner(s) Longines details of which are attached as Appendix 7. Such Commercial Affiliate shall be entitled to on-screen credits injected into the International Signal produced by the Host Broadcaster in addition to the official FIS Website address xxx.xxx-xxx.xxx subject to applicable laws, regulations and relevant codes of practice. With regard to the appointment of suppliers providing time-keeping and data processing services at the Venue, Longines has designated its’ provider Swiss Timing to provide such services, it being understood that this company meets the FIS and Infront's technical and quality criteria (which shall be of a standard customary for a top class international event) necessary for the time-keeping and data processing including on-line live-scoring/results of the Competitions, the commentary information system and the transfer of such information to the Host Broadcaster. FIS shall consult Infront in relation to the design and content of the television graphics which in any event shall include the FIS logo. The provision of facilities by the LOC for the service provider to carry out the time- keeping and data services (such as the timing cabin, power, connectivity, storage, transportation, accommodation, etc) and all other obligations in this regard to be provided by LOC are described in the Technical Specifications document (Appendix 7). Infront shall be authorised by FIS to have exclusive access to the Timing and Data feed for use on all platforms and all modes of exploitation, also independent from any broadcast, with the exception of the FIS official website and FIS applications.

Data & Timing. With regard to the appointment of suppliers providing time-keeping and data processing services at the Venue, FIS will designate the same service provider as for the FIS World Cup, which at the time of signature of this Agreement is Swiss Timing, which will provide services in accordance with the timing and data technical specifications as given in Appendix 6. The LOC acknowledges that the FIS has entitled the Rights Holder to appoint timekeeping and data processing Commercial Partners to the FIS Championships. Such Commercial Partners shall be entitled to on-screen credits injected into the International Signal produced by the Host Broadcaster in addition to the official FIS Website address xxx.xxx-xxx.xxx subject to applicable laws, regulations and relevant codes of practice. The official World Championships TV graphics will be used for the International Signal. The costs of creating the World Championships 2025 graphics shall be borne by the LOC. The LOC and FIS shall consult the Rights Holder in relation to the design and content in connection with the official World Championships TV graphics. All costs relating to the provision and exploitation of time-keeping and data processing services (including, but not limited to the commentary information system) shall be borne by the LOC and deducted from the final two instalments of the consideration paid by FIS to the LOC.   • Data Use Each party may use Connected Account Data in accordance with this Agreement and the consent (if any) each obtains from each Connected Account. This consent includes, as to Stripe, consent it receives via the Connected Account Agreement.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.

  • Data Backup The Services do not replace the need for Customer to maintain regular data backups or redundant data archives. PROVIDER HAS NO OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, ALTERATION, DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, CORRUPTION OR RECOVERY OF CUSTOMER DATA.

  • Data Transfer 11.1 The Processor may not transfer or authorize the transfer of Data to countries outside the EU and/or the European Economic Area (EEA) without the prior written consent of the Company. If personal data processed under this Agreement is transferred from a country within the European Economic Area to a country outside the European Economic Area, the Parties shall ensure that the personal data are adequately protected. To achieve this, the Parties shall, unless agreed otherwise, rely on EU approved standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data.

  • Data Access Control Persons entitled to use data processing systems gain access only to the Personal Data that they have a right to access, and Personal Data must not be read, copied, modified or removed without authorization in the course of processing, use and storage. Measures: • As part of the SAP Security Policy, Personal Data requires at least the same protection level as “confidential” information according to the SAP Information Classification standard. • Access to Personal Data is granted on a need-to-know basis. Personnel have access to the information that they require in order to fulfill their duty. SAP uses authorization concepts that document grant processes and assigned roles per account (user ID). All Customer Data is protected in accordance with the SAP Security Policy. • All production servers are operated in the Data Centers or in secure server rooms. Security measures that protect applications processing Personal Data are regularly checked. To this end, SAP conducts internal and external security checks and penetration tests on its IT systems. • SAP does not allow the installation of software that has not been approved by SAP. • An SAP security standard governs how data and data carriers are deleted or destroyed once they are no longer required.

  • Originating Switched Access Detail Usage Data A category 1101XX record as defined in the EMI Telcordia Practice BR-010-200- 010.

  • Internet Access to Contract and Pricing Information Access by Authorized Users to Contract terms and pricing information shall be made available and publically posted on the OGS website. To that end, OGS shall publically post the Contract Pricelist, including all subsequent changes in the Contract offerings (adds, deletes, price revisions), Contractor contact information, and the Contract terms and conditions, throughout the Contract term.
