D amages. Users must report any damage done to the buildings, equipment or grounds. The report must be made to the church office within twenty-four (24) hours of the occurrence. Users must assume liability for damages to the church property, equipment, facilities and grounds.

D amages. The term "Damages" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.1.

  • Certain Damages In the event that Landlord does not elect to terminate this Lease as permitted in subsection (a) of Section 25.02, but on the contrary elects to take possession as provided in subsection (b) of Section 25.02, Tenant will pay to Landlord: (a) Base Monthly Rent and other sums as provided in this Lease, which would be payable under this Lease if such repossession had not occurred, less (b) the net proceeds, if any, of any reletting of the Demised Premises after deducting all Landlord’s reasonable expenses in connection with such reletting, including without limitation, all repossession costs, brokerage commissions, reasonable attorneys’ fees, expenses of employees, reasonable alteration and repair costs and expenses of preparation for such reletting. Tenant will pay such rent and other sums to Landlord monthly on the day on which the Base Monthly Rent would have been payable under this Lease if possession had not been retaken, and Landlord will be entitled to receive such rent and other sums from Tenant on each such day.

  • Expenses; Indemnity; Damage Waiver (a) The Borrower shall pay (i) all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Administrative Agent and its Affiliates, including the reasonable fees, charges and disbursements of counsel for the Administrative Agent, in connection with the syndication and distribution (including, without limitation, via the internet or through a service such as Intralinks) of the credit facilities provided for herein, the preparation and administration of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents or any amendments, modifications or waivers of the provisions hereof or thereof (whether or not the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby shall be consummated), (ii) all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Issuing Bank in connection with the issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of any Letter of Credit or any demand for payment thereunder and (iii) all out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Bank or any Lender, including the fees, charges and disbursements of any counsel for the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Bank or any Lender, in connection with the enforcement or protection of its rights in connection with this Agreement and any other Loan Document, including its rights under this Section, or in connection with the Loans made or Letters of Credit issued hereunder, including all such out-of-pocket expenses incurred during any workout, restructuring or negotiations in respect of such Loans or Letters of Credit.

  • Damages; Attorneys Fees Nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent the Company or the Executive from seeking and recovering from the other damages sustained by either or both of them as a result of its or his breach of any term or provision of this Agreement. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees.
