Damages definition

Damages means any loss, claim, damage, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and disbursements and costs and expenses of expert witnesses and investigation).

Examples of Damages in a sentence

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Grantee shall indemnify and hold harmless each Covered Person against any and all Damages that may arise out of or are imposed due to the failure to comply with the provisions of applicable law by Grantee or any of its agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, or assigns.

  • If the Company elects to pay the Standard Liquidated Damages Amounts in shares of Common Stock, such shares shall be issued at the Conversion Price at the time of payment.
