Customer Attrition. TRX agrees that at the written request of User it will assume the service and support for any RESX Service site should the client leave User for any reason and such customer shall be handled according to the terms of Section 10.18(b).

Customer Attrition. To accommodate attrition, Customer may transfer subscriptions from one Authorized User to another (“Rotations”). MedBridge allows for a limited number of Rotations based on the number of Subscriptions purchased, as laid out in the applicable Purchase Schedule. Rotations are assessed on an annual basis, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties. Customer agrees that it will not intentionally rotate subscriptions among users for the purpose of time-sharing or obtaining continuing education units for multiple users under the same subscription. Rotations will not roll over from year to year. In the event Customer exceeds the number of allotted Rotations, Customer may purchase additional Subscriptions as laid out in Section 2.5 below.
