Additional Subscriptions. If at any time the Corporation grants to its shareholders the right to subscribe for and purchase pro rata additional securities of the Corporation (other than securities described in subsection (2)(i) hereof) or of any other corporation or entity, there shall be no adjustments made to the number of Shares or other securities subject to the Warrants in consequence thereof and the Warrants shall remain unaffected.
Additional Subscriptions. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Purchase Order, (a) Services are purchased as subscriptions, (b) additional subscriptions to a Service may be added during a Subscription Term at the same pricing as the underlying subscription pricing (subject to any applicable tiered pricing), prorated for the portion of the Subscription Term remaining at the time the subscriptions are added, and (c) any subscriptions added to a Service will terminate on the same date as the underlying subscriptions to such Service. In addition, we reserve the option to require that any Services added pursuant to subsequent Purchase Orders under this Agreement shall end on the same date as the first Service acquired under this Agreement, and to prorate fees through such end date for any subsequent Service.
Additional Subscriptions. (a) The Association shall at such time as it deems appropriate in the light of the schedule for completion of payments on initial subscriptions of original members, and at intervals of approximately five years thereafter, review the adequacy of its resources and, if it deems desirable, shall authorize a general increase in subscriptions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, general or individual increases in subscriptions may be authorized at any time, provided that an individual increase shall be considered only at the request of the member involved. Subscriptions pursuant to this Section are herein referred to as additional subscriptions.

Additional Subscriptions. Subject to the terms of the Memorandum and the Limited Partnership Agreement, Limited Partners may purchase additional Interests as of the first day of each calendar quarter (or at other times as determined by the General Partner) subject to the consent of the General Partner, in its discretion. Therefore, the Investor hereby represents, warrants and agrees that all of the representations and warranties of the Investor set forth herein and in the Suitability Questionnaire will be true and correct on the date any such additional purchase of Interests is made (or, if there have been any changes in such information, the Investor will have advised the Fund in writing of such changes).
Additional Subscriptions. Each Shareholder agrees to subscribe and pay for its pro rata portion of any additional shares that the Corporation proposes to issue (calculated on the number of Shares then held by the Shareholders) if the Board determines that additional funds for the Corporation should be obtained by issuing shares of the Corporation.
Additional Subscriptions. 3.1 Subject to clause 3.2 and clause 3.3, the Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase additional Subscriptions in excess of the number set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 and Siemens shall grant access to the Services to such additional Authorised Users and/or Devices in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
Additional Subscriptions. The Shareholders that stated in their Subscription Application that they wish to purchase a specific number of New Securities in excess of their Pro-rata Entitlement shall be allocated any remaining New Securities that have not been allocated under clause 9.6(a) according to the proportion that such Shareholder’s Shares bear to the aggregate number of Shares of all Shareholders that wish to subscribe for New Securities in excess of their Pro-Rata Entitlement, provided that no Shareholder shall be allocated more New Securities than it applied for.
Additional Subscriptions. At any time during any term of this Agreement, you may purchase additional Commercial Modules, or subscribe to further Users/Metrics (as defined in Annex 1), by signing and submitting additional Order Form/s (“Additional Subscription”). Additional Subscriptions have an initial one year term, and on renewal are coterminous with the then current Subscription. Certain special rules apply to Additional Subscriptions for multi-year contracts. Please consult Two Impulse or your Two Impulse Partner. You may also submit Order Forms to increase the install base or request further professional services from Two Impulse.
Additional Subscriptions. The Services may be configured to allow Administrators or End Users to purchase additional subscriptions or quantities of Services or Add-Ons. Customer is responsible for understanding the settings and controls of the Services for purchasing additional Services. Dropbox will charge Customer the applicable pro-rated amount for additional Services or Add-Ons for the remainder of the then-current Services Term based on Customer’s then-current price unless otherwise set forth on the Order Form.
