Credit Verification. You agree that we may verify credit and employment history by any necessary means, including preparation of a credit report by a credit reporting agency.
Credit Verification. You authorize us to request and obtain one or more credit reports about you from one or more credit reporting agencies for the purposes of considering your application for the Account, reviewing or collecting any Account opened for you, or for any other legitimate business purpose. You authorize us to disclose information about your account to a credit reporting agency if your Account was closed because you have abused it.
Credit Verification. Each legal entity and individual obligated on this Guaranty, whether as a Guarantor, a general partner of a Guarantor or in any other capacity, hereby authorizes Administrative Agent and each Lender to check any credit references, verify his/her employment and obtain credit reports from credit reporting agencies of Administrative Agent’s or such Lender’s choice in connection with any monitoring, collection or future transaction concerning the Loan, including any modification, extension or renewal of the Loan. Also in connection with any such monitoring, collection or future transaction, Administrative Agent and each Lender is hereby authorized to check credit references, verify employment and obtain a third party credit report for the spouse of any married person obligated on this Guaranty, if such person lives in a community property state.

Each legal entity and individual obligated on this Guaranty, whether as a Guarantor, a general partner of a Guarantor or in any other capacity, hereby authorizes Lender to check any credit references, verify his/her employment and obtain credit reports from credit reporting agencies of Lender’s choice in connection with any monitoring, collection or future transaction concerning the Loan, including any modification, extension or renewal of the Loan. Also in connection with any such monitoring, collection or future transaction, Lender is hereby authorized to check credit references, verify employment and obtain a third party credit report for the spouse of any married person obligated on this Guaranty, if such person lives in a community property state.
Credit Verification. You agree to provide the Credit Union upon request at any time with current financial information, updated employment and credit information, or a new appraisal or valuation of collateral, as permitted by law. You understand that the Credit Union may record such information in its files and rely on it to make decisions about your account. You authorize the Credit Union at any time to release information to any credit bureau, merchant or other financial institution regarding the status and history of your account.
Credit Verification. You agree that we may verify your credit and employment history at any time, including by obtaining a credit report from a credit reporting agency in accordance with Applicable Law. Privacy We will collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with: (1) the US Privacy Notice linked below and (2) if you are a Canadian resident, in accordance with the CIBC Canadian Privacy Policy as described below. This includes sharing information about you and your Account with our Affiliates (as defined in the US Privacy Notice) unless prohibited by Applicable Law, our US Privacy Notice Statement, or an opt-out exercised in accordance with our US Privacy Notice.
Credit Verification. Spectrum shall have the right to verify Customer’s credit standing at any time. Additionally, Spectrum may at any time require Customer to make a deposit and/or advance payment. The deposit requested will be in cash, the equivalent of cash, or a bank, credit card or account debit authorization and does not relieve Customer of the responsibility for the prompt payment of invoices when due. Spectrum may deduct amounts from the deposit, bill any bank or credit card provided, or utilize any other means of payment available to Spectrum, for past due amounts.
Credit Verification. Also in connection with any such monitoring, collection or future transaction, Administrative Agent and each Lender is hereby authorized to check credit references, verify employment and obtain a third party credit report for the spouse of any married person obligated on this Guaranty, if such person lives in a community property state. THE LOAN DOCUMENTS REPRESENT THE FINAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND MAY NOT BE CONTRADICTED BY EVIDENCE OF PRIOR, CONTEMPORANEOUS OR SUBSEQUENT ORAL AGREEMENTS OF THE PARTIES.
Credit Verification. Debtor agrees Secured party may verify any information provided by Debtor with Debtor's references, other third parties, and through credit reporting agencies, and Debtor agrees that Secured Party may provide to any third party any credit, financial or other information on Debtor that Secured Party may possess.
Credit Verification. Lessee grants Lessor the right to make credit inquiries at any time during the time of the Lease.
